AGENT PARTNER SUPPORT

The resources that Broadview provides for our Agent Partners is truly what set us apart from the competition. Our dedicated Agent Support staff makes sure your orders are handled properly, provisioned efficiently, and billed correctly. We also offer hands-on training, so your staff knows our product and process backwards and forwards. In short, its their job to make your job easier!

Agent Manager
Each Agent Partner is assigned an Agent Manager who, along with their sales support staff will assist you in all aspects of the sales process - from general questions to complex proposal generation.

Agent Newsletter
As a Broadview Agent you will receive our monthly "Agent Connection" newsletter which will keep you informed on all of the latest Broadview happenings, including product introductions, rate changes, and sales incentives, and industry Regulatory updates.

Agent Support Systems
InfoLink is our sales/support Web portal designed to provide an interface for preorder and order processing. Agents can pull Customer Service Records, submit orders online and monitor each order as it flow through the sales order process.

AgentTrak
The AgentTrak is our online product guide containing product and pricing information for all of our markets, as well as PDF format versions of all of our forms and brochures for easy downloads.
