EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

InfoHighway's Executive Management Team is comprised of successful and determined leaders with extensive telecommunications and Internet experience. With varied backgrounds in Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Sales, this team serves as a critical advantage in the marketplace and will continue to differentiate InfoHighway from our competitors.

JEFFREY E. GINSBERG - Chairman
Jeffrey E. Ginsberg is the Chairman and a co-founder of InfoHighway Communications. As Chairman, Mr. Ginsberg leads the overall strategic direction of the business, with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and real estate and strategic operating relationships. He is the driving force behind InfoHighway's prolific M&A program, which has enabled the Company to become a leading integrated communications provider in the Northeast United States with over $100 million in revenue, profitable operations and unique network assets in the important New York market. During his tenure, InfoHighway has completed eight mergers and acquisitions, raised over $200 million in capital, and successfully navigated the horrific market environment in the wake of 9/11.

Prior to founding InfoHighway, Mr. Ginsberg was Chairman and founder of Apex Site Management, which was the pre-eminent real estate telecommunications site management firm in the country, with more than 15,000 properties under exclusive management. Mr. Ginsberg is also the co-founder of Horizon Cellular Group, which grew from a start-up in 1991 (in partnership with McCaw Cellular) to become one of the 20 largest cellular system operators in the country until its sale in 1996 for $575 million. He received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

RAUL MARTYNEK - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Martynek manages day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, provisioning, customer care, building deployment, network operations, technology, and information systems. Prior to the merger of Eureka Broadband and Gillette Global Networks, Mr. Martynek was the Chief Operating Officer of GGN, where he oversaw all corporate operations. Mr. Martynek joined the company in 1995 as one of its first employees. Before joining GGN, Mr. Martynek worked at several Wall Street firms in trading and operations. He also led a consulting firm specializing in database integration and design. Mr. Martynek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton and a Masters in International Affairs with a concentration in International Finance from Columbia University

ROSS ARTALE -Vice President of Customer Care
Mr. Artale is responsible for programs that support InfoHighway’s customer base, including customer care, technical support, customer retention, and account management. Mr. Artale has over 10 years of call center and telecommunications management experience. Prior to joining InfoHighway, Mr. Artale managed call center and associated operations for Geotek Communications and Prism Communication Services.

STEPHEN CALLAHAN – Vice President, Direct Sales
Mr. Callahan is responsible for managing InfoHighway Communications direct sales force. Mr. Callahan joined InfoHighway (eLink) in 2000 as Director of Sales for New York. Later, he was promoted to Director of Sales for the Northeast, then later promoted to VP of Sales. Prior to InfoHighway, Mr. Callahan worked for MCI from 1992 to 2000 in various sales and sales management positions. Mr. Callahan graduated with a BA in History and Economics from Muhlenberg College.

ROY CHIRDO - Vice President, Voice Services Engineering and Operations
Mr. Chirdo joined InfoHighway Communications in 2002 and is responsible for voice services engineering, operations, and service delivery. Prior to this position, Mr. Chirdo was Vice President of Engineering at  Global Crossing  where he was responsible for the design, engineering, implementation and operations of their next generation global Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network deployment and integration of Global Crossing’s legacy TDM national network. From 1993 through 2000, he held Director level positions in Network Operations, Switch Equipment and Translations Engineering, Corporation Communications and AMA Control Center Operations.  From 1965 through 1993, Mr. Chirdo was employed by AT&T and held leadership positions in Building Engineering, Services Operations, Product Development, Marketing and Switch Engineering. In 1984, during the breakup of AT&T, he managed the restructured AT&T’s Business and Special Services Engineering Centers. Mr. Chirdo is an alumnus of Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute where he earned his B.S. degree Mechanical Engineering and advanced studies in Electrical and Thermodynamics Engineering.

ROBERT IORIZZO – Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Mr. Iorizzo was previously the solution lead for interconnect gateway products for KPMG Consulting's CLEC solution practice. Mr. Iorizzo also headed the team of developers and operations personnel who built the systems KPMG uses to test the Operational Support Systems of Verizon and BellSouth for regulatory purposes in several states. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Iorizzo led the IT group, which developed and supported all provisioning, systems operations and desktop services for the Wireless division of MCI Worldcom. During Mr. Iorizzo's 10-year tenure, he led various IT organizations engaged in systems development and integration for over 600,000 subscribers, 1,000 users at over 30 locations. Mr. Iorizzo holds a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.

PETER KAROCZKAI - Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Karoczkai was previously VP-Marketing and Product Management for Bell Atlantic Telecom Industry Services, BA’s wholesale division. He launched Local Resale Services in 1995 and grew revenues to over $1 Billion in 1999. Mr. Karoczkai led the development of numerous wholesale product initiatives, including ADSL, Unbundled Extended Loop, Interconnection, Interoffice Facilities (IOF) and Local Number Portability. Previously, Mr. Karoczkai directed NYNEX Mobile’s Channel strategy managing NYNEX Mobile’s reseller, agent, direct and telemarketing distribution. Mr. Karoczkai began his career in developing and marketing computer networks and services for leading edge technology companies. Mr. Karoczkai received his BS in Marketing Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MBA in Marketing and International Management from New York University.

ED KAZAR - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kazar is responsible for the management and oversight of all financial operations and human resources. He joined the Company in 2001. Prior to InfoHighway, Mr. Kazar served in senior financial management positions in leading telecommunications companies, such as Lucent Technologies and Avaya, where he was instrumental in the successful IPO launch of the two companies. Mr. Kazar earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with an Accounting concentration from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Seton Hall University.

GUY H. LUPI - Vice President, Network Operations
Mr. Lupi manages the day-to-day operations of the company's IP, VoIP, and transport networks, he has been with the company since April of 2000. Prior to joining the company Mr. Lupi worked at Lucent Technologies installing and testing high-density fiber optic transmission systems. Mr. Lupi earned his CCIE certification in 2003 and received extensive technical training relating to voice and data communications during his 6 years of service in the United States Navy.

PETER PARRINELLO – President, ARC (Cabling)
Mr. Parrinello, was formerly Executive Vice President of Avionics Research Corporation where he established the engineering firm’s telecommunications division. In 1993, the division was renamed ARC and became one of the first local telephone service resellers in the U.S. Mr. Parrinello began his over twenty-year telecommunications career with New York Telephone and continued with TelPlus, which was later acquired by Seimens Corp. Mr. Parrinello received his BS from NY Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

ROBERT WESTERVELT – Vice President, Indirect and Wholesale Sales
Mr. Westervelt is responsible for managing the Indirect/Agent and Wholesale channels including the support staff. Prior to joining InfoHighway Communications in 2005, Mr. Westervelt was the President of Indirect Sales at XO Communications where he oversaw the company ’s sales efforts through its national network of agents and indirect channel partners.  Prior to XO, from 1994 to 1998, Mr. Westervelt was Vice President of Sales for Teleport Communications Group.  Mr. Westervelt has a Bachelor degree in management from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.
