ISDN PRI (Integrated Services Digital Network Primary Rate Interface) provides simultaneous voice, data and video communications on a single digital circuit comprised of 23 B (bearer) channels and 1 D (data) channel. Since the PRI's signaling is assigned to the D-channel, the remaining 23 channels deliver information with greater speed and efficiency and thus allows for faster call setup. Each of these B-channels can support voice or data for POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), FAX, or Internet access. Multiple channels can also be bonded together to provide for full motion video conferencing. Plus, digital transmission gives your business the ability to send and receive high-speed communications with superior clarity and reliability. Broadview’s ISDN PRI’s optional Calling Line Identification feature offers customers added security. (Note: Calling Name is an optional feature and is not available in all areas)
