INFOLINK

InfoLink is InfoHighway’s sales support services portal, designed to provide an interface for simple order workflow between InfoHighway Agents, Direct Sales Representatives, Sales Administrators, Credit Department and Customer Service Department.

The InfoLink preorder entry system transforms the paper trail of the preorder process to online preordering functionality. The application empowers users by leveraging knowledge and processing of simple order entry with “hands-on” access. The system enables self-service, real-time pre-order and order status, and automatically retrieves Customer Service Records (CSRs). InfoLink provides a systematic check of orders against InfoHighway’s known business rules, as well as creating automatic entry of clean orders into OTS with complete pre-order history.
