As part of this program, InfoHighway provides a direct and dedicated connection to your building(s) from our network by installing our voice and data switching equipment at a common location at your premise (see diagram below). This installation would extend the InfoHighway network into your building, which in turn allows your tenants to take advantage of the full range of InfoHighway’s voice, high-speed Internet, and voice services (including Hosted PBX).

Once your building is equipped, we can typically install our services in a matter of days rather than weeks. And the installation and maintenance of this equipment is solely handled by InfoHighway, at no cost to you. 

Once your building is connected to our network, an InfoHighway Building Communication Manager (BCM) is assigned to work with you and the tenants of your building. Our goal is to provide your tenants with the best products and

services, unparalleled customer support all at competitive rates, so your tenants will view our services as one the key features of the property.
