Our Voice Mail service includes increased functionality and several enhanced features that are not available when using other Voice Mail systems. Our service gives you the ability to access voice messages either over the phone by dialing into your mailbox or through the Internet by logging into our secure website and accessing your Personal Message Center.

Some of the key features of our Voice Mail are:

• Message Waiting Notification – This feature lets you know when you have a message with our new stuttered dial tone or message light indicator (for Hosted VoIP systems)
• Security – Your messages are always safe as both your Voice Mailbox and Personal Message Center are protected by a personalized password
• Pager Notification – With optional pager notification callers can send a telephone number, or an alphanumeric message to your pager or cell phone
• Website Retrieval – You can log into their Personal Message Center to get a listing of all their messages complete with time and date stamp and the calling party number. You can listen to, delete or forward a message as an E-Mail attachment
• Distribution List – This feature allows you to send the same voice message to multiple Broadview mailboxes
